Designed to monitor the operator's basic actions, this sensor enhances safety by preemptively detecting potential dangers.
360 Degrees Emergency Braking Button: Engineered with human factors in mind, this safety mechanism provides rapid protection in the event of an emergency. Holding a China National Patent, this technology ensures immediate halting of the rollers upon activation of the button, followed by a 1/4 round reversal to further enhance user safety.
Knee-Hitting Safety Device: Complying with principles of human ergonomics, this safety device is installed to promptly halt the rollers in case of an unexpected emergency, triggered by contact with the operator's knee.
Hand-Pressing Safety Device: Serving as a fundamental safety feature across various Rubber and Plastic Two Roll Mills, this device guarantees swift cessation of roller movement upon button press. The rollers halt instantly and reverse approximately 1/4 round, providing an effective safety measure.
Safety Cover: Positioned atop the rolls, this safety cover safeguards users during the addition of solid, powder, or liquid additives to the mixing materials. Its installation ensures user protection by preventing accidental contact with the rotating components, thereby enhancing operational safety.

Intelligent control panel and PLC control system
The control system facilitates real-time recording and exporting of various parameters including kneading time, temperature (for mixing chamber, front and rear rotors), ram pressure, current, torque, and recipe codes.
It allows for the programming of up to 20 mixing steps and storage of 20 recipe configurations.
The control system supports remote importation of process recipes and enables data monitoring, with communication capabilities with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) via an Ethernet interface.
An Ethernet communication interface is incorporated, with 20% of the control points reserved for flexibility. Additionally, a user-friendly touch screen interface is provided for intuitive operation.
